The stackable dishes by Nick Roericht were the theme of our choice for designing a three-part poster series. The goal was to illustrate and represent the stackability of the dishes through illustrations and the layout of the posters.

The poster series was created as part of the first semester. The task was to visually represent a theme related to the Ulm University of Design. The stacking dishes by Nick Roericht from 1959 are remarkable, as the name suggests, for their excellent stackability. Therefore, it was important for me to highlight this aspect in the poster series. The concept was to design the first poster as an informational poster, so that the other two posters could merely serve as a visual complement. On the last poster, all products of the set are laid out on top of each other. This is meant to emphasize how much space can be saved with the dishes.
